Red and Black Rentals was created by Scott Talley and Jeb Bradberry in 2021. Scott and Jeb have worked in Athens real estate since the early 2000s. Combined they have over 40 years of experience working with residential homes, investment properties, and commercial properties.

Management fees in the Athens area can range from 7 to 10%, but often there are extra costs involved on top of those fees. Red and Black works to make accounting easier to manage for the property owner.
